Life has become much more stressful campared to our parent's generation .As a result ,stress related illness are increased around the world .Why is stress such widespread in the modern world and what do you think can be done to overcome the problems caused by stress?

Stress is a natural feeling of not being able to cope with specific demands and events.Contemporary people are living a life filled with stress in comparison with  their ancesters .As a consequence ,many psychological ailments are taking roots in individuals’mind worldwide.Enormous reasons are behind this predicament ranging from mad race for earning  colossal amount of money ,pressure at work place and so on, to mitigate this problem ,numerous measures can be under taken  .This eassy will shed light on these perspectives before reaching a valid conclusion.

Discussing reasons of increased stress level in the modern man,the first and foremost is that people desire  to live a luxurious life style and want to posess everything that attracts their attention.So , in this vogue they  burn  midnight oil to earn huge sums of money because money is like a fuel to have a life filled with all the expensive facilities.In addition, the employers   also  set unrealistic goals for their employees ,they also feel more stressed  to compete to survive in a job.  According to a survey by American Psycological Association  ,the most common stress inducing factors were found employment and money.Finally,bereavement  and family problems also lead to stress.

Various coping strategies, before stress become chronic or seveier ,can be taken to tackle it.One of them is that people must set time for exercise .To be more precise, when people do meditation,yoga ,breathing and pursue relaxing techniques ,these  help them to slow down the heart rate that causes stress .Apart from that ,people should set aside some time to organise their schedule to balance their personal and professional life.By doing this ,they can satisfy not only  themselves ,their families but also their employers.Hence,by organising daily to –do list and focusing on urgent or time sensitive tasks ,the stress level can be reduced.

To ingeminate, it is suffice to say that the present day generation is  greatly stressed because it wishes to have  costly lifestyle and onus of work is  to be blamed for that.Fortunately,there is are solution to avoid stress at all times.Regular exercise can  keep the mind and body  healthy  .Also , contentment is the best solution to leading a carefree and stres free life if people are not envolved in mad race of earning money and stay pleased with what they have,they would not gone to depression .
