The rendered line graph delineates how different methods of study affect the rate at which a person can learn a language .The units are measured in number of hours.
At a fleeting glance ,it is clear that there are given three different methods of study ;studying with a private tutor 1 to 1,in a group at a language school and ,finally ,self-study. The difference between these three methods is quite dramatic .it is clear that the most effective way to study is through 1to 1 tuition. The graphs shows that with just 50 hours of teaching ,a student can go from being a complete beginner to level B2.
Probing further ,the second most effective method id studying in a class at a language school. This would take a student approximately 155 hours to reach the same level. That is three times as long .Finally ,self study would take about 290 hours to reach the b2 level which is six times as long as 1 to 1 teaching takes.
Overall ,it is evident that the most fastest way to learn a language is through 1 to 1 tuition ,altogether the other two methods are both effective in the long run.
